We are looking for an Executive Web Producer who will own the Ebates.com family of websites and manage all production, web development and interactive design activities.

Responsibilities:

• Guide the development of high-level content, design standards, information architecture and interface, web-client standards, web-based database access resources, web-authoring support systems and related procedures and documentation for the Ebates.com family of websites.
• Leverage (through direct and co-management) existing Web team of four web developers, two web designers and four  web content producers, as well as members of the Marketing department, to facilitate the development of Ebates’ websites.
• Develop and communicate standards for web content development and grow the web-authoring skills of Ebates’ web authors. Work with owners of web content areas to ensure that standards are met and that content is accurate and up-to-date and meets the business needs of Ebates.
• Manage front-end website beta and release process.
• Ensure that web content and services and site usability are continually evaluated and enhanced through tools such as web-usage reports to web authors, end-user surveys, and measurable goals.
• Create and maintain web style guide, including navigational and informational presentation standards.
• Leverage and apply SEO best practices to drive maximum traffic to Ebates’ sites

Key Qualifications :

• 6 to 8 (or more) years of online web development/production experience, including 4+ years managing production and design teams.
• Broad hands-on capabilities in web production (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; Velocity experience a big plus)
• Demonstrated ability to execute analytics-driven website improvements that substantially improve site conversion (experience with Google Analytics a plus)
• Must be able to demonstrate SEO impact of past projects and discuss how to incorporate SEO best practices into design and production process
• Passion for and experience with elegant, user-experience driven design that is informed by extensive user testing
• Demonstrated experience responding quickly to changing business priorities and delivering high-quality products under aggressive schedules
• Experience with ecommerce and affiliate marketing (including comparison shopping) websites
• Experience producing sites/applications for social networks and mobile platforms a big plus
• Proven ability to multi-task with strong organizational and detail skills
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
